Tempered glass is a safety glass that is strengthened by physical or chemical means on ordinary glass. Its surface forms a compressive stress layer, which increases the impact strength by 3-5 times. After breakage, it forms small obtuse angle particles, greatly reducing the risk of human injury. Widely used in fields such as construction, home furnishings, and household appliances.
Laminated glass is a composite glass made by sandwiching one or more layers of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) or ionic intermediate layer (SGP) between two or more pieces of glass, and bonding them together under high temperature and high pressure. Even if shattered, the fragments still firmly adhere to the adhesive layer, avoiding splashing and injuring people, and possessing safety, sound insulation, and impact resistance.
Stack road glass refers to special glass used for high-altitude landscape stack roads, usually composed of multi-layer laminated tempered glass to form a suspended transparent road surface, with high impact resistance and perspective effect.
Fireproof glass is a special type of glass that can maintain integrity at high temperatures and block the spread of flames and smoke. Through special processing techniques, it meets different fire protection time requirements (30 minutes to 3 hours). Widely used in fields such as construction and industry, it saves valuable time for personnel evacuation and property protection.
